what I'm eating



Gnocchi with ramps, toasted walnuts, shaved gouda and pumpkin puree

Have you tried ramps? They are fabulous and can add tremendous flavor to dishes. Ramps are wild onions native to North America. Their flavor resembles onions, leeks and garlic. They have a short season so we are trying to get our fill.
