vertical garden

This vertical garden is a great architectural piece and space saving. I'd love to do an indoor version.

Today

I felt clever.
I wore a strapless dress, yellow watch, orange bangle, Birks and a smile.
I got my hair cut.
I went for a walk.
I made pizza with spinach and mushrooms.
I took pictures.
I thought of Iran.
I worked at home.
I created goals.

Magical Thinking Jar

I love this Magical Thinking Jar from Inchmark. The idea is to grab a bit of paper and record something memorable. Brooke, of Inchmark, jots down funny things her kids say, which are all too easy to forget. How I wish I would have done this when I was teaching...ah, well, never too late to start...

Pottery Park

We visited Pottery Park in Redwing. Behind the old Redwing Pottery Factory are the remains of discarded pottery. The Redwing Pottery Factory operated from the mid 1860s until 1967. Read more about it's history here. We walked through piles and piles of pottery in the woods. This video chronicles a snippet of our exploration.
